Last Day in Florida!

Today is our last day in Florida!! It's always so sad because it's the end of one journey,  and also because it means I have to pack and reorganize my life again!  
It's a process because you need snacks and toys/ tablets / crafts on one part of the truck and clothes and stuff in the other part. We got so used to "living" in a condo for a week and now we have to make sure we don't leave any stuffies behind! 

Since today was our last day,  we took it easy since we have to drive tomorrow to Myrtle Beach! (We never really take things easy lol) 
We were greeted by these beautiful cranes!!!
We went back to Disney Springs to do some more pin trading and go back to the World of Disney store for souvenirs! Emily was so excited to show Jeffrey something in the store, she grabbed his hand and they were off!♥️
We did our pin trades and did our souvenir searching! 

We wanted to stop by this ice cream spot for a while so we finally did and we were quickly reminded of the Florida heat and my sprinkles were literally melting off my ice cream! 

The little fishies went in the pool pretty much all afternoon and after dinner! They would stay in that thing all day if we let them!!
we met a little baby lizard!! He was so cute!!

After a long week, the kids are tucked into bed and ready for the next adventure! 

It's been a great week in Florida!! Hard to believe the week is almost over!  We definitely got our activity this week!! Ready for week 2!!

Next stop: Myrtle Beach!

We left early this morning to get a start on the road to head to our next destination!  Myrtle Beach bound!! We made it through Georgia painlessly!!!  the kids were excited to use their tablets again, so they could play  mine craft and listen to Disney music! They look cramped but they have tons of room (they have a bag of toys and crafts in between them! ) I used Google lens because we kept seeing these fields of leaves and I guess they were beet farms!! I did search for Dwight Shrute!! 🤣🤣 Of course we had to check out the pool, but only was it heated .. but it has an entrance to get outside from the indoor part, the kids thought it was the coolest thing ever (I did too!)  and finally,  this is the view from our condo!!! we will all sleep well tonight!!! Traffic, Traffic, and the sunset!

New York never ceases to disappoint!! It feels like I blink and the traffic picks up.  So next time,  I will tape my eye lids so they stay open!  Good thing I have this game!! It pretty much matches what we see outside!  How do we become the little red car?  We stopped at BJ's in Maple Shade NJ for gas!  After ALL that traffic, one child experienced car sickness (not in the car), leaving a water cup behind,  and a quick dinner... we were blessed with this sunset in Delaware!!  We are about ready to call it a night,  staying in Baltimore! Looking forward to an early start in the morning!

D.C. bound!

We had to take one more walk in the beach this morning!  Since Emily found her shark tooth, Jeffrey was determined to find one.   We weren't able to find one but we found some really cool shells overall.  Some of which we've never seen before. I'm pretty sure I have shells in every corner of my bag,  hopefully all were empty (I've made the mistake of holding onto shells that had creatures still in them before...yuck!) What a beautiful scene to say goodbye to.   we ate breakfast,  did all the things on our airbnb list of closing up the condo and headed out.  My poor little mermaid Emily wanted to go swimming in the warm ocean one more time but we wanted ty hit the road. She's still pretty proud of her shark tooth, but I think she wanted to find one for Jeffrey.  I definitely didn't miss the traffic-y states!! I think people in the southern states take it easy,  everyone else has places to go and pe...
